Are all Lactomedi products made with clean ingredients?

Our ingredients are EWG ALL GREEN verified and are free from

all harmful ingredients as of 2022, ensuring safety for your body and skin.

Are the products safe to use when pregnant?

Even though you can use them during pregnancy, we recommend to always check with your doctor before use.

Where are the products made?

All of our products are manufactured in South Korea to guarantee high quality and performance for all products for women.

Are there expiration dates for the products?

The expiration date is written on
each product so please check before use.

Why is there a scent in the products?

Any detectable scent is from natural ingredients.

Our products does not use any form of artificial scent.

Order

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order and the
payment is verified, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship. In peak periods please allow for
up to 5 business days for dispatch.

How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, delivery will take 7-15
business days.

I need to change or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?

We apologize that we cannot make any changes to your order at this time. Please email support@lactomedi.com explaining your situation and we will do our best to address your concerns.

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means
that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

How do I return an item? 

If you are not satisfied with your
purchase and wish to return an item, please Contact Us within 7 days from receiving your order. Any brand new unused product can be returned for a full refund. Please contact Customer Support with your order number as well as the reason for your return; they will
schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

No, we do not cover return fees and other miscellaneous fees.

What if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?

Please Contact Us within 7 days
from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related information upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
