We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Please review the conditions below before submitting a request.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
This policy applies to all products, including sets and sale items.
If You Ordered 1 Box
- Refund is available regardless of reason—no return required.
- Applies to your first purchase only.
- Even if you used the product for less than 2 weeks, you're still eligible for a refund. (However, we encourage you to try it for the full 2 weeks for best results.)
If You Ordered 2 Boxes or More
To qualify for a refund:
- All unused boxes must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Only 1 used box is eligible for a refund without return, even if multiple boxes were ordered.
- Refunds for additional boxes will be issued after the unused items are received and inspected at our return center.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a brand error (e.g., wrong or damaged items).
Refund Amount & Return Shipping
- Refunds apply to the product amount paid only (excluding shipping).
- If you received free shipping on an order over $100 and return the items, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to a brand error (e.g. wrong item sent).
Sale & Set Items
- Sale items are refundable based on the amount paid, not the original price.
- For set products, refunds are calculated by applying the discount only to the item(s) returned.
- The same 1-box return-free policy applies.
To request a return, please contact us via email.
- If your request meets the return conditions, we will issue a return label. Affix the provided return label to the original shipping box and place it at your doorstep. The courier will pick it up. You can always contact us for any return question at [support@lactomedi.sg].
Important Notes
- If your order was damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
- Returns due to incorrect address or customer error can be resent, but additional shipping charges will apply.
- If your order is delayed by over 1 month or lost before delivery, we will offer a full refund including shipping.
- We reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests or excessive returns.
