Shipping policy

https://www.lactomedi.sg is a dedicated website for our Singapore customers. We currently only ship within Singapore borders for orders placed here.

STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS

Singapore deliveries are managed by our logistics partners Ninjavan. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $100.00. Flat shipping fee $5 will be charged for all orders under $100.You will receive a SMS text message as soon as delivery has been scheduled.

 

BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING

1.Shipping Time: 3-4 business days
Orders placed before 23:59PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 3-4 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible.
2. Every customer will receive a SMS text message as soon as delivery has been scheduled.
3. No delivery charges will incur for an order canceled within 24 hours from the initial order.
4. All rates mentioned above exclude 9% GST.

 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Lactomedi is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.


*Note:
 We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If you have another issue with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of receiving. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.

  1. Only products purchased on the https://www.lactomedi.sg may be returned for a refund or replacement.
  2. We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement.
  3. Returned products must be in their original condition. We cannot accept partially used products or products with broken seals.
  4. Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping cost is equal to the initial shipping rate.
  5. We cannot accept partial returns for bundle sets or promotional packages. You must return the complete set for a refund.
  6. If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
  7. We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
